You need keep an eye after your contract ends, because they just raise the price without any notification. Will beat competitors price, so call them by end of contract and bargain for better deal

Good speed and I didn’t faced issues so far with them. I didn’t had issues with other providers either. Only thing is watch your billing and end of contract , and negotiate to beat other competitors.

Cons

When you call them be prepared to spend an hour at least

Skinny is good value for money if you take up their current 3 months free offer. We have been with Skinny for 1 year and have found the fibre service to be very reliable with hardly any outages that I can recall. Their customer service is not fantastic and every time I have contacted them I don't feel satisfied with the outcome. Been a customer for approximately four years and service was always excellent, and easy to get hold of and to resolve queries. Changing purely for Financial reasons. Had to reduce work hours due to ill health and income reduced to suit hours

We are not as happy as we'd like to be with our current internet speed, currently not much faster than average dial up. This resulted in downloads speeds of max 0.3mb and 0.16 upload which is well below par.
