Clawback
Customers who cancel their broadband service before the end of the 12-month term will be required to pay a clawback amount based on when they leave.
The clawback is charged in addition to the $199 early termination charge.
Bundle Discounts
Eligible 2degrees Power and/or Pay Monthly bundle discounts may continue during or beyond the 12-month broadband term, subject to ongoing eligibility.
If the customer cancels their eligible Power or Pay Monthly service at any point, the applicable bundle discount will be removed.
