  • If you cancel your electricity services with Pulse, you will be charged our Standard Broadband Rates
  • If you cancel your broadband in the first 24 months you will be required to pay a $150 +GST Modem Fee
  • Electricity service can be cancelled with a 30-day notice, If 30 days’ notice is not provided then an Early Termination Fee of $150 +GST will apply.
  • $150 Credit offer: If you leave within the first 12 months, the $150 credit may be added to your final bill.
